I'm an experienced Personal Trainer and GP Referal, Pre & Post Natal and Nurtition specialist with additional qualifications in Sports Injury, Massage, Spin, Bootcamp, Insanity, Padwork..... you get the idea, I know what I'm talking about! I've helped hundreds (mostly women to be honest) of people to get in shape and stay in shape through my '3 Pillar' approach to health - Nutrition, Movement and Mindset - each one being as fundamentally important as the next.
I served in the Royal Air Force for 22 years which is where my love of fitness and adventure was truly born, but having left to raise my gorgeous girls, motherhood has probably been my greatest adventure!
Having suffered many injuries, had back surgery and currently experiencing the joys of menopause, I am here to help you navigate health and life beyond 40!!
